Many of our alumni have shown keen interest in keeping themselves associated with Sanpoly through regular interaction with the staff and students.

In this regard, some have visited sanpoly and interacted with our students. Of late, some of our students working overseas are able to have interactive sessions through video conferences to share their experience in the polytechnic and the industry.

This is greatly helping our students improve their communication and take up useful projects that would help in career building.


Some of the important interactions by our alumni who volunteered are listed below:

• Mr. Ramachar Jois who is an Entrepreneur in Shimoga, visited the polytechnic in August 2011 and delivered a lecture on the “ISO Certification” to the final year students of Mechanical Engineering.
• Mr. Rajesh. Agadi, Microsoft consultant, USA, has been actively involved with sanpoly through several video conferences on various topics like web designing, embedded system, cryptography, HTTP, etc.
• Mr. Ravindra H.A, Production manager, Singapore, spoke through video conference on Robotics, Sensors and also shared his experience in the polytechnic and the industry.
